They store cookies in your computer to track your web habits and then email you with offers even if you didn't search for the item on amazon. They also sell the info they gather on you.
They do not price match no matter what their website states. When you ask for the price match they find a loophole in their policy and scold you for not knowing about it. When I tried to challenge their policy with facts the hung up on me.
