I was told by the engineer that my boiler could not be repaired and that I would need a new boiler. I was told I would be charged £160 / hour I was charged £190. I was left with no heating or hot water. I got a second opinion and it was up and running with any problem and at a cost of £60. Total rip off company I would say DO NOT USE.
