I've spent 2 weeks trying to get thru to the Geek squad phone number to set up a home visit (Seal Beach) to get my home theater system set up. The best they could do was send someone in a week or 2. The HCQS screen is good. But many times I could not even get thru to a live person. So I called Geek a too- they came over on the same day I contacted them (a Sunday!), were in and out in less than an hour. Eduard did a great job, was truly knowledgable about what he was doing, and got us running in no time. Don't waste your time with the Geek Squad- go to Geek a too.

They only cost $1 more than the Apple store, but I always love to support small businesses. My shattered iPhone 6 screen was fixed in 15 minutes and the guy (Alex I believe) was so nice! If I ever break my phone again (god forbid) I will be back. For the screen from the hcqs is perfect.

This place has been saving my life since October 2015! I'm literally the clumsiest person in the world and I constantly am breaking my phone. Mostly my fault because I never have a case on my phone... All in all, everytime I come to Wireless 2 Wireless I receive top-notch service. It takes them 20 mins max to repair my phone and they always make sure it's all set up for use before I walk out the door! I can't thank them enough because they are truly life savers!

Don't even bother going anywhere else and risking them using cheap off brand screens that are zero quality. This place is affordable and their staff is amazing!

I drove half an hour from the west side to Kenwood Mall, thinking that the Apple Store could help me out. No dice (they wanted me to come back over the weekend). Since going three days without a phone wasn't a viable possibility, I scurried over to the Fast I Repair kiosk where they were closing up for the night. These guys could have easily told me to piss off, but instead they immediately fixed my phone with minutes to spare before closing time. I practically live on my iPhone, so this was a huge lifesaver.

Ipod iphone repair is a small business run out of the garage behind their home. Street parking is easy. The owner is a remarkably honest, straightforward guy! We brought in a very dead iphone 6, that had given up all signs of life after a small fall of a couple of feet. The screen was cracked and nothing worked.

The owner fixed it in a mere 30 minutes, as promised. Then he explained that the body of the case was unusually soft and any small drop would kill the phone again. He recommended a sturdy case. Wow! My dead phone was given a new life and future problems averted! Wow! This shop is FANTASTIC! And it feels so good to support a local honest small business rather than a big box store!

My phone was completed shattered.

I dropped my iphone 6 on gravel shattering it's screen while working on my sprinkler system and had heard of this spot. It's Yelp reviews are of very high praise and I must admit the man works very quickly.

The Yelp coupon worked as advertised, I paid cash and the repair was completed in about 40 minutes, which was perfect for my lunch break.

The only reason I docked a star is the appearance of the shop. It's in a small strip mall, and the store front is unremarkable. You'll walk in and it's a very empty shop bare walls, very little furniture, and an overall shabby appearance.

Mike did a great job and cheaper than every other option I looked at. Came right to my office and was done in 10 minutes.

Had a broken screen and came here to see if they could fix it. Very close to Penn station, screen was fixed in 10 minutes. Simple and easy.

If you are currently freaking out about your phone not working and are deciding whether or not to get your phone fixed here I would say 100% go for it. I had the earpiece speaker blow out on my iPhone 4 (from 2010) and was told by a few other repair shops that the fix would be about $140.

I'm pretty sure I can buy a new phone online for $200. Although my options were still that I could use earphones, a blue tooth, or speaker phone I decided it was worth a shot to get my phone fixed as long as it was at a reasonable price.

I had an excellent experience here with Jason and Justin. My laptop crashed and I wanted to see if it was worth repairing. While I was at it I also had an old external hard drive I could not access and an older laptop for which I had forgotten the password. I called and then took all three to their office. They were super responsive and had answers to me in less than a day on all three. Both Jason and Justin were nice, professional, prompt, and easy to work with. The first laptop was DOA as was the old external hard drive. The old laptop though they were able to pull all files from. And now I'm looking at old digital photos I haven't had access to in probably about 10 years that they loaded for me on a new external drive. Thankfully I had my newer laptop backed up online. Tech firms face the stereotype of technicians who are unpleasant and poor communicators, as well as oftentimes not responsive in a timely manner.

This firm was the exact opposite. I highly recommend for PC and Apple repair and service needs. Their fee was reasonable and fair. They did tell me that they work at client locations a lot and don't always have someone at their office. Be sure to call ahead.
