If you want to lose your money this is the right place. Paid for TV on 07.10.2019 today is 17.12.2019 and the TV was not even handed to courier. They did not delivered the item and they did not return my money. Agents are providing lies and lies and another lies. FOR ME THIS IS THE WORST ESHOP with THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Paid for TV on 07. 10. 19. Today is 13. 12. 19 and the item was still not handed to the courier. I have contated their support for at least 20 times, they have created at least 10 escalation tickets but till now they do not know where is the item. If you want to lose your money, then this is the right place.

Newer trust them. They just colecting money and doing nothing. The support centre is not able to check where is the item for more then 3 weeks. So from my point of view they are just frauds.

Bought an item on 12.01.2020 till not item was not shipped. When i bought it, it was is stock, but now they are claiming, that they do not have the item. Dissapointed about this.
