I had to pay to download the PDF and when I did half of the document was cut off.
I usually always look at reviews for companies before ordering anything online, but this time I was in a rush. I needed a shirt for the World Cup Finals and was looking for any place that would provide next day or, two day shipping. Fanatics had that option so I said why not! As soon as I placed the order I looked and the reviews... everything that people said would happen would! I call up Fanatics and ask why there is still a pending status on my item and they said " oh the next day shipping only happens once it has been released from out warehouse, which takes 3DAYS"... What is the point of even offering NEXT DAY or TWO DAY shipping if its not an option! Such a waste of money!

Upon review of your order, the item was a made to order product. Because of recent events, the items has to be made after the event ends. On our website, it specifies that it will take 3 business days to make and then ship by whichever shipping method was chosen. This item should ship out by no later than 7/16/2018 with the next business by noon method. Once again, I apologize for any frustration this may have caused you. Sincerely, Julian
