Case #1: Ordered a Dinosaur phone to be sent via DHL in 3-5 business days. The order was in processing state for more than 3 days, but once shipped, DHL delivered it as scheduled.
Case #2: Ordered same Dinosaur phone, same address, same DHL delivery. Several days later got email that color was out of stock and DHL would not deliver to my address. The site still indicated color in stock and DHL as shipping option. After several dead-end emails back and forth, trying to convince me to get another color and accept late delivery and not answering simple questions, like when the color would be in stock and why DHL suddenly did not support my address, I had to cancel the order and made a claim on paypal. Fortunately, I got a refund.
Case #3: Ordered a Cheatah-2 phone for the advertised $149.99 and again paid for 3-5 day delivery. 7 days later they said the price was wrong, the "real" price was 176.99 and I should pay a difference for their mistake. I responded that in principle the customer is not responsible for their mistakes and asked whether they would honor the order as is. 10 days later, there was no reply, at which point I asked to cancel the order and filed a claim on paypal.
Overall, the site is totally unprofessional and the customer care is completely disapointing.
