Ok so as usual I am satisfied, I am a frequent buyer of Ms Lula's and I've always been satisfied. The hair is so soft and the texture is amazing even after dying the hair. I ordered the hair on Sunday and I received it on Wednesday. Love it, love it, love it. I will definitely buy from Ms. Lula again. I hope that will help you!
