I ordered a jacket in January 2018 and still have not received it. I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund and I do not get a response other than they will check on my order. I DON'T WANT THE STUPID JACKET ANYMORE I WANT MY MONEY BACK! This is a horrible company and I agree with what was said earlier that I wish I would have checked the reviews first. I'm definitely contacting BBB today.
