If a seller gets a lowball bid, they must give this bidder 8hrs to negotiate. In the meantime, if a seller gets a bid for full price or even more than full price, they cannot take the bid until 8hrs are up - if you go against this rule you get banned for a week. The problem is, many varage users throw out a bunch of lowball bids on a bunch of stuff to take advantage of this rule, which stalls the marketplace. Sellers dont want to lower their price and they dont want to have to turn down full price bids. Use Facebook marketplace, eBay, or even craigslist before varage.
