Apparently following COLORADO EYE INSTITUTE protocol, Dr. Roberts DID NOT PLAN TO MEET WITH ME AFTER MEASUREMENTS BEFORE THE SURGERY! I was left alone (with the measuring nurse Julie) to decide on the lens and methods of surgery! At the end, Julie from the COLORADO EYE INSTITUTE told me untruth (!) that Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado denied pre-approval. The truth is, Institute canceled its request for pre-approval. They offered me an "option" to pay all ca. $5000 by myself (while my insurance covers ca. $3000, 100% of everything except custom lens)! Institute's CEO Gwen Cordero did NOT answer my email ever - is she too important or/and does not care about patient at all? Dr. Roberts promised to get back, but hid behind clerks like Julie - and vanished. Find yourself a better surgery facility and doctor. Make sure the doctor meets with you after measurements and before surgery!

I have been buying ALL my cars from this dealership ever since 1981, and ALL my cars were Volvos ever since early 1985. Every visit to this dealership feels like visiting family: Bob Penkhus Jr. The dealer; Erik Conrad, supreme mechanic; Bud Hall parts and service manager, Bruce Leiva Volvo sales manager, and others. Add excellence and safety of Volvo cars, and you will see why I stayed with this dealer and this brand for a lifetime! My present Volvo is XC60 T8 R-Design (hybrid, styling package, gorgeous bursting blue color, etc.)

Upsie advertises 2-Year smart phone warranty. Common sense tells us that the coverage is for 2 years starting on the day we pay. NO! Only after you pay, you learn that the coverage starts on the day you bought the phone! I paid today, and to my disbelief I discovered that I am paying for 2 years, but getting coverage only for 1 year, because I bought my phone a year ago!
This is a case of malicious misleading customer by UPSIE.COM. I prefer to have no coverage than to pay to liars. Let us refuse paying for a lie!
Will probably sign up with the old Square Trade where you get what you pay for.

DSW very often sells goods that DSW doesn't have - Irritating Experiences. They lure you by offering a free bag with a $50 shoe purchase. They ship shoes and "sorry, we have no bag". Now that they offered me to buy a blue-white Nike bag, they did not have what they themselves offered! A totally screwed up inventory maintenance. Most irritating, I would even say dishonest. Hence ZERO STARS!

Tip for consumers:
Never expect "free bags" to arrive - most of the time they do not!

I was unable to buy Nike stonewashed blue-white bag that DSW offered me to buy!!!

For the first time in my life, I am writing a negative - very negative review of a rented car. It comes from Motor City Drive location in Colorado Springs. Huge mileage, over 22,000. Smell as if someone smoked in the car and then intensive sprays tried to overpower the bad smell - they did not quite succeeded. Dirty rear view mirror made it hard to see (see photo). A random piece of paper was glued to the windshield. I was promised a 4-wheel drive, and this was the only one: take it or leave it - just as God offered Adam to choose a wife. Zero stars would be fair - will have to select one star. Very disappointed, will try to avoid if possible.

They must be honest and replace LINCARE name by LIN DOESN'T CARE.

Lies, excuses instead of delivering insurance-covered CPAP suppplies.

Colorado Springs Manager Erik Hoskins should be first to be fired, as he doesn't care even when I talk to him directly over the phone.

My advise: AVOID.
