If you're into nail stamping their plates are nice quality and the shipping cost is affordable. But it is being shipped from China so it will take awhile to get to you. However if there was an error with your order or you want to return an item they do not get back to you at all. Any attempts to reach them will not be responded to.
Overall I would recommend this site BUT be aware that if there's any issue with your order just know that you're stuck with it and most likely if you want a refund you'll have to do it through a PayPal Disbute or Credit Card chargeback.

I requested a refund for pre-ordered item that I decided I no longer needed. Item wouldn't be released until early next year so, the only thing I had done was pay Yoybuy the initial price + fees for the item. In the end I had to go through PayPal to get the refund. Yoybuy's rules say your refund will be returned by original payment but, that is not true. They refund it to your Yoybuy wallet and then ask you to transfer from there to your PayPal account. Customer Service Chat will not help you. They will pretend to be nice and call you "Dear" and "Sweetie" but when ask them to follow their own rules the "niceties" stop and they get very rude.
If you start a PayPal claim/dispute against Yoybuy for their shady practices they will freeze/lock your account without warning.
Thankfully, since I paid with PayPal I was able to get my refund.

Be careful when using this site and be extremely wary if you're going to use something like a debit card or gift card that works like a credit card

I contacted their chat representatives 3 times and each time was terrible. My biggest concern is that I ordered items that said, "Ready to Ship" (or something similar) thinking that'd mean it would get shipped out quickly and in time for Christmas. However after speaking to a chat representative today I find out that the date my items will get shipped out will be delayed and arrive after Christmas.
I should not have had to find that information out through contacting them, they should have sent out a notification stating that there might be order delays, even if you ordered within the "Get it before/by Christmas" Window.
Also, they don't provide proper status updates on your order, which is why I continue to contact their chat representative. I was hoping to make adjustments to my order since one chat representative said no status means it hasn't been shipped but, the one I spoke to today said it's too far in the delivery process to change despite, the order not even been shipped out yet.
The chat representatives don't try to help you and all they seem to be able to do is apologize for the inconvenience which does absolutely nothing other than provide lip service.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. Literally go anywhere else even if it cost a bit more money.
