The most unprofessional customer service I have experienced. I have noticed them about the required change of colour few minutes after confirmation of ordered item (order 5559) ob 6. January, when I realised I ordered wrong colour. They have confirmed that the colour can be changed if the change is made in few days after ordering. I did confirm change of colour immediately, just few minutes after ordering. No answer from their side. I reminded them again on 8th January with exclamation that I don't want it to be too late for change, so I asked again to confirm the change of colour. No answer. They contacted me after a week, on 13th january to tell me that they can not change the colour since it is too late.
The item was not expensive, I actually paid more for shippment, however I suggest you to choose more professional companies, this one definitelly doesn't care about customers satisfacition.
