“So bad service lately, disappointed”

I have used forwardit.us for 6 years at least. Service level is going down as the time goes. Before they would unswer promptly and provide a shipping quote before you order, byt as someone already sad they do not provide shipping qoute anymore.

Can not belive that they do not understand a basic need for a international customer to have an estimate shipping qoute before baying. So stupid...

So disappointed
