My wife ordered a pair of Jordan XI Space Jams on the website for my birthday/anniversary. However after receiving the pair, I noticed a lot of flaws on the shoe that garnered a red flag that these were not authentic. After so many times on trying to contact them, I finally received a response from a Shopoonanza rep trying to convince me that the pair is indeed authentic, however after providing pictures of the pair, they admit that there was an issue with the pair and will issue me a new pair and to send back the fake pair. It's been a month and I still have not received the new pair. "Ben" from the site provided me a track# which is not valid. When I receive customer service (after plenty of attempts to contact them), they seem to be all about the customer, but however, the lack of service itself makes me to believe otherwise. I was hoping to start a relationship to extend my Jordan collection with them as the prices are not overboard like other sites, but this lack of attention to the customer is a real turn off, especially after admitting they are in the wrong for sending me a fake pair of Jordans.
