I ordered two tubes from Tube Depot thro Amazon. Tube Depot mailed it out from TN on Apr 30,2020. One of the ecc88 tubes was faulty.
I eventually emailed to TD COO Joseph Austin dated Sep 7,2020:
"RE: Order ID: **************442 RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY ITEM" I had emailed Tube Depot via Amazon site about "returning and replacing" a faulty tube earlier on: Jul 12,2020. It was the same msg sent on Jun 22,14 also. After I had sent the 2 said feedback, an immediate automated reply will state "assuringly" this product has "a 90day warranty" and in good faith I waited for their additional reply/emails but got none.
I emailed TD on Jul 29,2020:
Unfortunately you/r reply didn't meet my needs.

For returning of good section, the "Return of goods & its replacement" option wasn't -- available.
That was the option I wanted to select.
It would have made this communication soooo much easier -- it is such a pain.

(FYI: It's the first time I am returning an item to Amazon -using their website - and I am baffled by the procedures – they are new to me. I had checked my Amazon app on my order history and it states that "this item is no longer eligible for return. The return window closed on Jun 17 2020." I was angry. Their customer service sucks – BIG TIME! Felt cheated.)

I returned the faulty item via registered mail to Amazon.com - Returns 1850 Mercer Rd., Suite 100 Lexington, KY ******* USA.
I also emailed Tube depot on Jul 29,2020 about my returned item to them.
Tube Depot's reply on Wednesday, July 29,2020:
"That's a lot of demands for someone who has already left a 1-star review & bad comments. Why should we try to help you now? We explained multiple times how to get replacement. You ignored our directions and left an uninformed comment. You sent the return to the wrong place anyway..."
My reply: I apologize. Had TD given clear step-by-step instructions instead of brief reply (no Return Address in TN given) on how to return the item, I wouldn't have made the mistake. I asked TD how I can right the situation, so I can get my replacement tube and update the negative feedback with a positive one instead.
TD didn't reply.

So I emailed *******@tubedepot.com addressed to TD COO Joseph Austin (dated Sep 7,2020) explaining the situation. Requesting him to help resolve this matter by: Oct 06,2020 otherwise he is indifferent to the advice "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently." – Warren Buffet
TD COO Joseph Austin is indifferent.
If TubeDepot values only good customer feedbacks and is clearly averse to poor feedbacks; why is their customer svc is poor? Sad sad co.

We do our best to accommodate all customers, but there are certain aspects of shopping with Amazon that are beyond the control of the vendor. The return process is automated by Amazon, including generating return labels, and this info is only accessible from buyer accounts. We do our best to advise for this process as we did with your return. However, your order was not returned to us, even though we extended our consideration well beyond our 90 day guarantee. If you would return your original order, we would still extend this warranty consideration. Thanks
