Very simple, I paid extra for a top writer. My paper was given to me LATE. On top of that, they will not issue a refund but a rewrite. Which is irrelevant because it was late! Now I am charging back with paypal. There customer service is a joke, the site is a joke. The best part is is that the essay is 100% WRONG. They wrote about the general topic, ignoring all of the points they had to answer. Complete frauds. Stay away.
