BUYER BEWARE. A Daikin unit was purchased from this Company and was DOA upon startup. It was not properly charged from the Factory (extreme minor amount of Freon). AcOutlet.com advised they have had this issue before and they are unwilling to replace the Defective unit with a new fully functioning one or refund the full purchase price. We have had multiple communication exchanges and ACOutlet.com state " all units are tested at the factory. Your equipment is not defective". If it were properly tested as stated at the Daikin factory l this issue would not exist What What Quality Control is in place at both the retailer and/or the factory?
