I have had multiple negative reviews removed by Trustpilot even after pictures and evidence have been sent, they are clearly corrupt and are being paid by companies to remove truthful and honest reviews, they will now give me no reason at all as to why they removed my latest review of EVRI who we all know as Hermes "simply renamed", after my parcel turned up late, opened, and relieved of its contents, the courier can clearly be seen on CCTV throwing the package on the porch and doing a runner. Trustpilot can not be trusted.

Same old thieving scum, please see the attached picture of my parcel that was simply thrown on the porch floor by the courier, it was already late by days but turned up ripped open and contents removed. I did review this on Trustpilot who are now corrupt and are removing all negative feedback from this company, they are clearly in the back pockets and can not be trusted, i sent proof along with personal details but they still refused to accept the truth and are protecting these corrupt thieves.

Useless.

Changing your name will not cure the problem, another item completely trashed and kicked to bits by your airhead driver, simply Hermes under a new name. DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS.

Rip off company just as Parcelmonkey. They messed up my booking, the courier "UPS" failed to collect a booked item after forgetting labels and refused to refund me trying to tell me it was my fault, they even blocked my account to avoid me logging in and chasing up the booking. Still unresolved. DO NOT USE..

Booked and paid through Paypal online, i went through Parcel monkey and also paid for extra insurance to cover a cost of £200,00 toward item. Parcel monkey used Parcel force who of course smashed my item and i had to refund the buyer £207,00. I am now fighting for my compensation through Parcel monkey who are trying their hardest to avoid the situation and are lying to me, they are even telling me they will refund my original Paypal transaction that will include the insurance and will not have to settle my claim.

Arrived back from holiday to find my car smashed. Liability luckily admitted due to photo`s and proof but a nightmare to get anything sorted. It took a month to get repairs done and no answer to any emails sent chasing them up to get anywhere. Car mirrors had been moved all the way in and seat moved all the way forward so i am guessing a tiny member of staff drove my car, miss-judged its size, and spanked it. The garage even asked me to drive out to Sandwich to drop off the vehicle to save hassle. Lol. Yeh right. Watch this lot..

Having been sold a package and a promise from Vodafone i moved from BT and joined the company hoping my days of service problems were a thing of the past. (Not a chance). For weeks and weeks the service was unusable, and fault reports were made three times online and i spent hours with so called technical advisers attempting to rectify the ongoing issue. I became an expert at channel changing and rebooting my router dozens of times a day with little or no effect. Vodafone did no more so i terminated my miss-sold contract. I was of course chased for an early termination fee of £169.00 and obviously complained and refused to pay. Vodafone then reduced the fee to £69.00 which i also refused to pay. I then asked to escalate my complaint and awaited a response. The response i got was that Vodafone had actually fraudulently withdrawn £169.00 from my account although it had been cancelled. I reported the fraud to my bank and had the payment reversed. I have since had a report from BT open reach that there are ongoing and serious issues with the substandard and corroding aluminium cable still in use around the local area. There is a fault at the exchange situated at Hawkins road that continues, and a fault with the cable entering my property (now rectified). Not once did Vodafone offer to send out an engineer, and to this day although improved, my service still remains intermittent and unstable. Super fiber optic packages are there for, being miss-sold by incompetent providers such as this useless lot and i for one will not be conned by some uneducated and clueless sales adviser. I look forward to a response..

Sold a package with a promise from BT after taking me over from Now TV. Infinity fibre broadband complete with line rental and all local and international calls at £38.00 per month with a payment of £300 to take me over. Who wouldnt jump at the chance hey.?. First months bill arrived at £56.00 so i of course complained online and was told, sorry Mr Stephens but you have been charged for international calls and daytime local calls as you are not on a call plan, would you like me to add this to your package.?. Very confused and after a long discussion and a complaint i was charged an extra £7.00 brining my monthly cost to now £45.00 and not the £38.00 i was promised. I had also not received my £300 which was then discovered to be a ploy and should not have been sold to me. Having a seriously ill and disabled daughter who relies on a constant and reliable service for her needs i accepted again and moved on. Over the next week my service had dropped and connecting became almost impossible with speeds recorded at 0.9mbps and of 3mbs, i also then received a letter in the post from BT stating that there was now a price increase and my monthly package would now be £55.00 per month. Being a full time carer and living on the breadline and also paying for a failing and overpriced service i went online once again to make a complaint. It was then discovered that not only was i paying for a sports TV package that i never asked for and was still being charged for calls. I was fuming and decided to leave. After threats of early termination fees and dozens of calls over the coming weeks BT finally refunded me for some calls and closed my case. I then receive demands of over £500 from debt collectors BPO and was again fuming. Dozens more calls to both companies and BPO pull out sending the unpaid debt to BT. (Are you keeping up?). BT then demand i send my equipment back and send out packaging for me to do so arranging collection and closing the case once again (advisor Josh also recorded by myself at the time). I then receive another demand of payment from debt collectors Moorcroft for now £695.00. Dozens more calls later and then Moorcroft rightfully pull out and the debt is sent back to BT. I now just receive an email from BT stating that they are now passing my debt onto another agency. (Third time lucky i guess). Having recently moved over to Talk Talk and no improvement to my bad service i make a complaint and these kind people send out an engineer, and guess who he works for people.?. BT Openreach. Lol. I am then informed that there is an ongoing fault at the exchange situated at Hawkins road due to corrosion on the aluminium and aging wiring, and a fault on the wiring entering my property is also found to be at fault. Some repairs are carried out and service improves but is still very unstable due to the old wiring used by ALL PROVIDERS, (terrible in the rain), who are charging for a top line fiber service that is in fact impossible due to the condition of the wiring anyway. I am still fighting this disgusting and incompetent failing company along with Vodafone for the very same reason. I am now being harassed by both and will be writing all about Vodafone also so please watch this space.

Mothers day flowers never arrived and i still await a resolution. They refused to refund me and actually lied about it. Opened a dispute through Paypal and Prestige lied and tried to get me to close the dispute. I have copies of all their lying emails. They are clearly out to scam customers.
