Item did not arrive, refused to refund Contacted Fishpond.com and was told no tracking info was available and to wait for delivery. 6 weeks later item has not arrived. Contacted FP several more times and was told each time to wait for delivery. 8 weeks later and no item, no tracking info. Asked for refund. FIshPond.com refused. Disputed charge with bank.
Moreover FP does not answer the phone.
