“Poor customer service”

After committing to retrieve data from my SD card and settling on quite a significant fee, I have not heard from the company again. I have made repeated attempts to get a status report with no response. The live chat folks know nothing and the assigned rep is a pure salesperson who seems to be working on a commission. They are about a month into this "recovery process." And, still no communications with the customer.
