Very disappointing. Customers service is poor. This company doesn't care about its customers at all.
I ordered a Fujifilm camera on January 27,2021.
I paid via e-transfer the same day.
I received an email on February 1,2021 saying that the shipping process was in progress.
After contacting them on February 15th, they sent me a Canada Post tracking number. Delivery scheduled for February 22.
Since then, every day is a new excuse, the last one... the warehouse in Canada is closed and delivery will be done from Hong Kong.
The shipment was supposed to leave yesterday and I received no tracking number.
So from January 27 to March 2, still waiting for my camera...
The worst experience I have ever had.
