I wanted to buy a sunscreen from The Face Shop. It was listed three times under three different prices. I contacted the owner and received an e-mail saying that my e-mail was received. No reply. For WEEKS. I bought the sunscreen elsewhere for a slightly higher price plus shipping (whereas W2Beauty has free shipping). I contacted the owner again and kept getting an automatic e-mail saying that my e-mail was received. No replies. I thought that perhaps my e-mail address was put on her junk mail list. It happens. I contacted her from three other e-mail addresses (Yahoo!, Hotmail, & AOL). NO REPLIES. EVER. I bought the cheapest sunscreen listed anyways and got a confirmation e-mail. I replied to the e-mail asking why there were three sunscreens listed and if one had more product than another. FINALLY AN ANSWER. It seems she only replies when you're giving her money (obviously I just paid for it) and she doesn't care about product questions at all. SIDE NOTE, there's NO information on products on her website: no ingredients list, no product amount (1 oz, 3 oz, etc.), and NO description. Anyways she apologized and said that her mobile shop had "syncing issues" with her online shop, and that there should only be one listed. After 2 weeks, the sunscreen didn't show up and I e-mailed her again (by replying to the e-mail she answered, NOT writing a new e-mail). No answer. EVER. The sunscreen arrived a week later and I hated it so much. I wanted to request a return but when you log into your account the mobile shop, you can't request a return. You have to go on your computer. OH BUT THERE ARE MORE "SYNCING ISSUES." If you checked out your items and made an account through the mobile shop, you can't log onto your account on your computer (the online shop)! Your account "won't exist" meaning that you can't log on and you can't make a return unless you checked out and signed up through your computer and not on your phone. I contacted the owner again and FINALLY a reply asking why I wanted to return it. I told her it burned my skin and she told me that I can't return it if it's opened. What the $#*!? How many customers are going to return something if they haven't even TRIED it? It's OBVIOUSLY going to be open because I TRIED it and now I want to return it. HOW ELSE would I know if I didn't like it or if it didn't work for me WITHOUT trying it on? Do you think people just order things and decide that they want to return it right when it arrives in their mailbox!? I explained this to the owner FROM FOUR DIFFERENT E-MAIL ADDRESSES. She finally answered one of them and disregarded my problem and said "dear, if you send too many e-mails it automatically puts you on the block list." WHAT THE F***? I send ONE e-mail from EACH e-mail address. UNLESS YOUR COMPUTER KNOWS THAT THOSE E-MAIL ADDRESSES ARE ALL THE SAME PERSON THEN I HIGHLY DOUBT I WAS PUT ON THE BLOCK/JUNK MAIL LIST. YOU ARE OBVIOISLY TOO LAZY TO REPLY. After finally getting her attention, after weeks, she told me that I can't make a return because the store that she bought the item from won't take it from her if it's opened and "she has a good relationship with them." OH so YOUR problems are MY problems now? I've never had a problem returning opened items from any other site in my life. You, Alice, and your website, are a disgrace. Never buy from here.

I told customer service that my stippling brush started shedding and shortly after the entire brush head popped out of the handle. They told me they would send a new one. Two weeks later, I e-mailed them again asking if my replacement brush was ever sent. They gave me a fake date for which they sent it (October 1st). After weeks of waiting it never came. I sent an e-mail every single week about my replacement brush just to be ignored. For poor quality brushes and poor quality service, buy Real Techniques brushes.

I've wanted these cutout shorts from Forever 21 for a while. When I saw them advertised to be the "deal of the day" and have free shipping on a Forever 21 advertisement on Facebook, I clicked it right away. The shorts were full price, so no deal there. But at least they had free shipping, right? Because the advertisement said there would be a free shipping code on the product page, eight? WRONG. No code on there. I called customer service and told them about the advertisement for shorts with free shipping and the woman told me not to worry about it because "it will automatically have free shipping when you check out." I thanked her and hung up. While checking out, I didn't see a free shipping option whatsoever. I called back and told the person about what the previous girl told me. The 2nd girl then told me that I need $21 in order to qualify for free shipping, which was not advertised ANYWHERE. If an advertisement says that these shorts have free shipping with NO MINIMUM then I don't want to have to have a MINIMUM of $21 in the cart. I thanked her and hung up. I added things to my cart so that it added up to at least $21. Still no free shipping option at checkout... I called back and told the 3rd girl what the 1st and 2nd girl told me. She responded by saying "well those girls were right." UM, NO THEY CLEARLY WEREN'T. "But do you want a free shipping code?" Instead of getting angry I accepted the free shipping code. It worked, thank God. The 3rd girl's name was Joan by the way.

Okay I just thought that I should post a review to give some hope to some of you who have ALREADY made an order on Tobi's website and didn't look up reviews until afterwards, (however if you have yet to order something, I wouldn't chance it considering the bad reviews).
First of all, I needed a graduation dress because my high school graduation is this Saturday, so I obviously needed it by Friday just in case I needed to make some adjustments to the dress. I picked two-day shipping at check out, which is a rip-off. This is the only reason why I'm taking a star off. It costs $25 but on many other sites, 2-day shipping costs ~$10. Anyways, I made my order on Monday, it shipped Tuesday (yesterday), and arrived Wednesday morning (today). So I guess you could say it was one day shipping! Still wasn't worth $25 though because they take up to 48 hours to ship it and (of course) up to 2 days/48 hours to deliver... so possibly a 4 day wait. I was afraid of a delay, due to the weather, in addition to that exact situation, meaning that my dress wouldn't arrive by Friday. But it did!

Now, the most important part, the quality. I didn't look up Tobi's reviews before making my order (again, which is why I'm posting this review, to give hope to those who have just done the same). I wanted to cancel my order immediately after seeing all of these bad review which were mostly complaints about the quality of the clothing (i. E. it feels like a costume). However, you cannot cancel an order after it is made. When my package arrived today, I opened it up expecting the worst, especially since I ordered a white dress, which are often sheer no matter where you buy them. To my surprise, the dress had such a soft and thick fabric! I could wear bright pink underwear and you wouldn't see through it. And keep in mind that it's a tight dress! However, regarding the fit... I ordered an XS and the dress is kind of loose around my thighs, plus it's a little too long. That's not Tobi's fault though. The model (who it fit perfectly on) was tall and skinny, and I'm short and (excessively) skinny. I bought the Three Little Words dress by the way. If you want to get a dress that you know is good quality, get that dress because it's $20 right now on final sale!
As far as customer service goes, I kind of rushed them by telling them "I have a graduation coming up and I need it by Friday!" Kalene G. Was the person who e-mailed me. She was so sweet and made sure that it would arrive by then. She also e-mailed me within a two minutes or so.

TL; DR (too long, didn't read): Express shipping is a rip-off (however 2-day shipping may take 1 day). Orders cannot be canceled. Don't order unless you're getting the Three Little Words dress (it's a little big if you're petite like me). Customer service is nice.
