Curious to see the quality of this item given they dont guarantee satisfaction if its been opened (how is one supposed to know if its a good item and whether it works without opening it?)

One of my parents has osteopenia and this company promises that one's DEXA scan numbers would improve after 6+ months on their product, or they will refund your money. After a year taking of taking the product as directed, the numbers improved only by 0.10 - 0.40% which the doctor stated was essentially unchanged (per the report, "statistically insignificant"). We sent the report to the company but they refused to refund our money.

While the store is great, and so is the merchandise online, the website customer service (outsourced to Mexico) is TERRIBLE. They seem to have no concept of what the term 'customer service' means. They messed up my order, then when I called and asked for a supervisor because the rep refused to make it right, I kept getting disconnected. It took me repeatedly calling and asking for a manager, to finally, over an hour later, get only a half-way satisfactory resolution. And the manager never apologized, and made it sound like he was doing ME a huge favor. I've tried contacting them through the website to convey my feedback, but so far (3 days later) still no response.

I had never heard of this site before, but ended up getting there through Amazon and it looked pretty decent. Since they offered free return shipping and had good reviews, I decided to give them a try. What an incredibly pleasant surprise! Their merchandise is great, and customer service is EXCELLENT! The items I purchased went on sale for almost half price a few days later - they cheerfully, quickly and efficiently refunded me the difference.

Like many others, I never thought to check reviews before buying through the site. I was directed there by Skyscanner and wrongly figured that once I had a ticket, I'd be dealing with the airline thereafter. I ended up needing to cancel my ticket due to medical reasons. I knew the tickets are non- refundable, but my trip insurance required that the reservation actually be canceled before the departure time. I tried for a week to get in touch with FareGeek, via phone and through their website 'contact us' page. No response, ever. Phone always went to voicemail. The day before my scheduled departure, I sent a regular email and just kept repeatedly re-dialing their number. Someone finally answered, but very unprofessionally, and kept telling me there are no refunds (I already told him I was aware of that). He then tells me I was required to email them (which I already had). Several hours later they finally canceled my ticket.
