I had filed a complaint on Akosha for a wrong product delivered by Indiatimes Shopping. They contacted me the very next day and picked up my order. A credit refund happened the day after. Thanks to Akosha for pushing for a quick resolution. Thanks also to Indiatimes Shopping for a quick service.
