I had a terrible experience with this seller. On purchase they promptly send me a link track the package. This link never worked. When I did get a hold of someone they said that they don't have any information on the package and that they couldn't help as they were not getting a response from their provider. After about 2 more attempts to get info I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. To which they said they'll get back but never did. I requested the customer service rep for a manager call back, this never happened either.
To add to my frustration I never got a person on the phone, which always rang out. After a long hold the IVR gave me 2 options, either to leave a message or to continue holding. When I left a message I didn't hear back. When I chose to hold then it took me back to the beginning asking me what I was calling about! I never had any luck with their email either. There was a time when their chat link didn't work and when I changed computers it started working again.
Due to this lack of information and non-responsiveness I decided that I'd prefer not to do business with such a seller. And then a day after their committed delivery date the package showed up by Canada Post via Chat Chats. I called them back requesting return instruction to which they said that I needed to ship it to the US at my cost and only once they received it will I get a refund.
Gather what you may from this but I am not going to be purchasing anything from this website again. The least they could have done is facilitate a free return to cover for their shortcomings rather than put blame on their shipping service provider.
In retrospect, if someone would have called me and apologized for the experience I would have been ok. What I am not cool with is being asked to conform to their policies or fly a kite.
I'm sticking with Amazon for their reliable service and return policies.
