I have ordered from them thrice now.

Quality of Products: 5/10 (Close imitations, expect less on genuine quality)
Shipping Period: 8/10 (About 10 days from China to Singapore, they ship out about 1~2 days after payment)
Product Cost: 5/10 (For an imitation, its average)
Shipping Cost: 1/10 (Felt cheated when they overstated their product weight)
Customer Service: 5/10 (They don't make you happy with satisfied answers, nor mad with prompt answers)

Overall Score: 4.8/10

My first batch was OK-OK, passable from a China quality product, not being picky or peculiar about their quality. Sizes are too small till it was near unwearable. I bought a pair of leggings and shorts, but I couldn't fit into them. Basically, it caters more to skinnier people.

My second batch was a huge order. Though I did warn my friends about inaccurate measurements and advised my friend to buy one size bigger - Especially for pants. But after I have made my purchase, Kate came back to me to inform me that some of my orders went 'Out of Stock' and required replacements.

I was fine with it and decided to choose 1~2 replacements, the rest was refunded back to my account in wholesale7.net (they prefer that method than throu Paypal). But when I recalculated, the extra payment for my shipping fee was not revised, so I was actually paying more than I should.

Note: Weight of products affects your shipping cost A LOT.

Finally, the third batch. I have ordered this recently and my goods finally arrived today. Yet, being one length smarter doesn't get me anywhere. But better than never?

I would inquired (mostly for pants):
If the size of my calves would fit into the cuffs of the pants. (turns out fit-able)
If the pants is elastic and stretchable esp the waist and cuffs. (turns out fit-able)

Note: Do not expect quality to be good as it seemed on the web. After all, they were imitation products. They ain't the 'real deal' like everybody wished they were.

Well, the next part pissed me quite a bit since I've learned that even though the product is 'purchasable', it does not means it is 100% available. (Based on 2nd batch experience)

I've asked the seller if ALL THE ITEMS were available before I make payment and they replied YES. They prompted me to make my payment quickly in case the item sold out. So I PAID.

And guess what? Kate emailed and apologized to me that ONE OF MY ITEM WENT 'OUT OF STOCK' (again). I'm not falling for the 'refund' option, so I might as well order a replacement with a value slightly higher than the original. At least she did not prompt me to pay extra.

I have received the products and was generally satisfied. There're good ones, as well as lousy ones. (5/10)

BUT, I would advise buyers not to buy shoes from them. I regretted buying one cos it 'looked nice' on the website. Especially when there was no pictures of a model was wearing it. I felt as if I am wearing a cardboard-made shoes (Prod: CA*******). It stated that it weights 1.5kg, but I weighted it and it was only 550g. =_= Bloody hell.

What I weighted from their received products was reflected differently on my weighting machine. (e.g. My cardboard-shoes =_=) Try weighting yours and you know what I'm talking about.

Prod HA*******: Theirs - 280g, Actual - 140g.
Prod YA*******: Theirs - 380g, Actual - 220g.

Note: It's the way they market their product, cheap price tag, but hidden cost through shipping. Even if they include the weight of the plastic bags... It won't bump up 2x its original weight.

But they have a good reliable shipping system for all 3 batches which I've received. I received my goods 10 days after my payment. It was a little better than another China site: Wholesale-dress.net)

EDIT: I revalued their website here after they gave me a better service on my 3rd batch. I might or might not order the 4th batch. But I would be more cautious in my future purchases... NO MORE SHOES FROM THEM! D<

Ordered once through my friend who herself have ordered it occasionally from time to time. Then I ordered once for myself and it arrives pretty fast without delay. I'm generally quite satisfied with my products as I know not all health products might fit my body condition.

I bought Jason Natural Aloe Vera Shampoo & Hair Conditioner, Alba Botanica Body Scrub, full set of Avalon Organics facial products. I loved the facial products especially cos it fitted to my facial condition.

Cept the only issue on delivery, which the website have highlighted earlier before they send out their products that:

"The UPS driver may choose not to leave a package if you aren't present to sign for it. To avoid such a situation and ensure receiving your package, you may use a business address." http://www.iherb.com/info/Domestic

Which means I have to be at home to receive the product or contact the deliveryman to come at specific timing when I am at home (If I am unable to send it to my office).

Other than that, the site is pretty much reliable. They will also send you an email few weeks later to request for your good/bad reviews of the products which you have purchased so that other buyers can decide fi they want to buy the product or not.

Though I did not frequent their website for products, I LOVED the way they promote their website and how they stick to their promise when they stated: "Items will be shipped within 24hours upon received payment (except for weekends)" But likely because this website was served for locals only.

I used to buy facial masks from that site but it seemed like they have stopped selling them. They have also upgraded their website to a better navigating system.

I have only bought from them once and so far I do not encounter any problems from them (except a little costly if its not bought in bulk orders.^_^; ;). They have the most interesting cute Japanese items, anime & manga accessories to have on a daily basis~ It is good if you could gather a group of friends and buy it in bulk to worth the money. Some of the shops in my hometown sells them too, but 2x more expensive.

I bought from them 5 sets of Itazura Coin Bank... And they have just released a panda version! D8

I'm quite satisfied with their services and very reliable. Whatever items I have ordered online, it will arrive within 7 working day and there is little to no issues about the product I have received.

So far I have purchased beauty & skin care products like:
- Nose UP Clip Lifting Shaping Clipper
- Wonder Double Eye Lid Clipper
- Superfine Facial Towel

They even have ratings for customers to rate how good is that item to encourage/discourage people to buy them! This site is good in their beauty products, though I haven't tried buying any clothes from there.
