I ordered Hand Sanitizer. The website (at the time) said it would take 10 days to 2 weeks before it would leave their warehouse (due to the Cover Virus). I was OK with that. I emailed them after about 24 days to wonder when it would ship. They couldn't give a definite date. I emailed again. Got just a form letter. After 35 days since I ordered, I demanded a refund. Within one hour they instead emailed me a tracking number and said that my order had shipped. WOW... so I'll receive it, but it took 3 emails and finally a demand before it shipped 35 days after it was ordered. It'll probably take another several days to receive it. I don't know about the product yet, but the customer service is lousy and it took a threat before they shipped (even though I wanted a refund).
