Buyer beware. I have least a vehicle with this company for 3 years had no issues no problems was actually great experience my first time around. When my lease was up and I had to turn in my vehicle my concerns were financial and trying to get into a new vehicle. The dealership finally worked with me and told me that they would credit my last payment on my lease vehicle to get me into the new vehicle. I even had a witness present when they told me this would happen. The salesperson and another person were in the room at the time when they told me that they were going to ahead and do that for me. Sounded great until I receive a letter from Chrysler Capital Not only telling me that my last payment was due, but also indicated they have no proof that my vehicle was turned in. Very poor communication, falsifying claims, and not even reporting the vehicle was turned in. Now I'll have to follow up with Chrysler Capital and explain to them what this dealership did to me. Very disappointed and unhappy will not be a future customer.

I have had a PC card for awhile now. The payments were never late, and payments paid off mostly immediately. Zero Balance due on card. Went to make a purchase and got declined. Call in to customer service and they tell me account was closed. Why I ask I was never notified. Told me my credit rating changed. OK #1 never received notice, #2 As stated my record with the card was impeccable, and 3 most embarrassing. They should have better customer service and notify people they are or will close an account. This is just Wrong. Never again PC R.

Absolute worst experience. Returned my Glasses Because they fell off my face. The company will not refund me. Customer service worst ever. I have been laughed at, and told everytime I call a supervisor is not avail. That someone will call me back, still waiting 3 weeks. Call and emailed multiple times, NO ONE is Helping, Basically stole my money.
