I'm a huge user / fan of eBay been using it for nearly 12 years I've used eBay.com, eBay.ca, eBay.de and eBay.co.uk never had a any problem as a buyer if I did all was sorted by the seller in a timely fashion where either goods were sent slightly late or fully refunded.

My only gripe is as a seller I can't leave negative feedback anymore against deadbeats that fail to pay, eBay is all about protecting the buyer but sellers have rights too do they not?, so I wish negative feedback could still be left where its fully warranted, I know eBay has had a lot of bad press in recent years which is why they are becoming buyer friendly as some sellers abused the ratings system, but if they could put it back in place where sellers then report problems to eBay about non paying bidders, then if after 2 week or a month still nothing eBay then themselves rates that bidder with a negative, rather than a hidden black mark against them, as then sellers can see who is to be trusted when bidding and then can ever leave the bidders to bid or remove them from bidding / their auctions, rather than not seeing any black marks only to find out after the auction the bidder was a deadbeat etc.

But over all for what its worth its good but still some room for improvements to make it excellent

I like Facebook and I'm a huge fan / user but in recent weeks their lack of privacy controls has got worse, they keep updating things that were perfectly fine but yet don't concentrate on fixing the known bugs and issues, the privacy settings were just fine.

There is no way to contact Facebook over issues and usually websites that have no means of communication with them are fraudulent, so why Facebook doesn't have a contact us link is insane and so much for trying to be social when you can't even contact them is kind of ironic!

But due to their lack of privacy now I can only rate them with 1 *

I bought from them a few years back and had no issues however past month I bought from again, a day later went to login to check my order and the site had vanished, all emails bouncing back etc. and has been like that for about 3 weeks, however today I get an email about my order and appears they are back up and running, they used sagepay as their payment solution provider, I contacted them to advise them of fraud issues and let them know of sites like this so they've black listed them, also now worth noting they use Paypal as their payment provider so I would assume even their bank has black listed them as now they can just draw their payments out via an ATM etc. in cash, as such also advised Paypal of all the information I have, also helps having a family member that works in fraud investigations.

I did find a telephone number but is no longer in use ******* *******, I have emailed them again about my order appears the email now works as nothing bounced back as of yet, if I get any reply i will post it here, however I'm doing a charge back against them if no reply in 3 days which in turn their bank which will give them yet another fine and black mark against them so other banks will know not to accept them hence why they are using Paypal, the more that contact Paypal over this and their fraud activites the better!

Just called the companies either side of their address and said that the location has been vacant for quite awhile, however since their rebelrox.co.uk is back up and running and so are their other companies I'm now speaking to who runs their domains 123-reg.co.uk as with all others I have called today no one gives a crap! So trading standards and consumer direct will now be the next steps for anyone to take.
