My mom and I went in to pick up an order for my sister in law. They were having trouble locating the item...finally found it. I looked around for an outfit for my nephew. When I went to the register to buy, the girl who worked there asked for my phone #, which I gave her. She told me she couldn't find me and asked for my phone # again. I told her I had never shopped there before, so I'm not in their system. She said "Ok, but can I have your phone #." Then my mom said "She has never shopped here, so she won't be in your system." The girl then told my mom to stop being rude to her! My mom told her she wasn't being rude, she was just explaining to her. Then the other women working, who I assume is a manager or something said to my mom "You did raise your voice, ma'am" and then took over for the girl & explained that the phone number was for rewards. First of all, not only did the girl not explain why she needed my phone number, but then her customer service was horrible! Who calls or says a customer is being "rude?." Never shopping there again! This was in the West Des Moines location.
