I just received my hair yesterday 5/30/2018 which was just ordered on 5/27/2018 and straight out of the package the hair, cap construction and quality looks really great! I have not taken any pics yet, but I will update with pics soon.

The ends of the hair were so dry i could start a fire with it. I order hair from this company a lot and no it is not the best hair in the world but it is usually good. I dont think when your paying your hard earned money it should be a gamble on whether youll get good hair or not. Upon speaking withe the vendor he offered to give me back 20 dollars or one free 16 inch bundle BUT ONLYYY if i left good feedback on the $#*!ed up hair i received first. Why would i want to lie to everyone, so i refused and received nothing. I cant imagine all the good reviews that are on here just to get the vendor to resolve an issue. Horrible customer service.
