Bad Experience
I rented and paid upfront online. When I arrived to my destination I discovered they gave me misleading/vague directions to where to where to pick up the car from. I spent a long time looking for the place, asking info and rental car companies to help me find it. I tried calling the 800 number many times with no luck then I had no choice but to rent another car from a different company. Upon my return to the US I contacted them regarding the issue, but did not hear from them back. When I called again they aid it was outside the dispute period and could not issue a refund. I tried with them different ways including accepting a credit towards my next rental, they refused. I travel very often and rent cars very often, but have never went through such a bad experience with other car rentals. My advice to all, there are many trusted options so do not get stock with this one.
