I placed an order from their website, and immediately realized that I placed the order for the wrong item (the conditioner rather than the shampoo). I contacted the customer service immediately by sending an email. I have not gotten a response until 2 days later, to tell me that they can't change or cancel the order. I even tried to call them the next morning after placing the order but nobody was answering (I think the number *******297 is just a fake not working number). It is a frustrating experience and will never buy from them again.
