100% satified, They refunded the first purchase to make up for the none ordered second one. As they couldn't refund the duties and fees collected by ups. At the end we both lost, So that's about as fair as it gets.

Got a item i didn't order and stuck with shipping and duty fees.

They resent a order that i didn't reorder and i already complained about shipping on the order. Here is the copy and paste email.

Hello Millie, What a joke. So, no Confirmation of your refund form I take it. How is this not a carid error? And no reply since.
Even shows double shipping numbers for different days/years

Tip for consumers:
Just buy direct, as they don't take responsibility for anything. They charged $40 usd shipping then another $144 at the door for a $50 item. and say it is the companies fault not theirs

They do fix what they say, if its not any reason it broke besides a act of god. You gotta pay for labor to rip it out and rip it down, just to see it they will cover it. Then pay once they say no. If's it electrical or uses electricity your going pay outta pocket. It's a old system that covers old parts. Basically just the cam and gears, and plates and bands in transmission none of the electrical switches. Most have at least 6+. Save your money for your repair as these guys won't help you.

Tip for consumers:
Used car warranty, that don't cover anything. It's out dated.

Tried to get help with new changes to subscriptions, with no success. Not to say it was between months and not reported to subscribers. Then after seeing i cancelled their service, And complained multiple times. Now they added the new fee's "which is shipping insurance, and i thought would be optional" after i asked for them to cancel, because of the shipping insurance issues we where having. Now they are saying all they can do is give me in store credit...

Shipping to international countries cost $20 for both store and subscription box orders. International delivery varies based on the destination country and can take anywhere from 7-21 business days from the date it is shipped out to arrive.

Check your address before confirming your order, we are not responsible for packages that are lost abroad, and a reshipment will incur another shipping fee. There is a possible VAT charge upon delivery. We are not responsible for any customs fees. Hello, No this is not okay. As I stated in the last messages. This

Hey Agnes,
Hemper is a subscription service, unfortunately, we're not able to refund orders mid billing cycle as your box has already been processed. Upon sign up, you did agree to the recurring feature of our service as we do not have a one-off purchase option. If you wish to deactivate your prepaid subscription, then all you need to do is turn off the automatic renewal and your subscription will automatically deactivate after your last prepaid box is shipped.

Here's what I can do since you don't want to have the subscription active anymore: we can cancel the two upcoming orders after September and refund them via store credit gift card. Please note, per our FAQs, we do not issue any cash or credit refunds, instead, all returns are refunded via online store credit in the form of a Hemper Gift Card or Account Credit.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

HI there! First, Tophatter customer support is not automated. Every response received is written by a live person. Upon reviewing your account details and support history I see that our staff has responded correctly offering information in regards to your request for canceling the above items.

Because the item was already shipped we cannot cancel the orders. The simplest way of receiving refunds is to mark the unopen packages as "Refused" or "Return to Sender". Once tracking indicates that the packages were refused and are being returned full refunds can be processed. However, I see that each of these items has successfully been delivered. If you have not opened the packages yet, please return them to the post office marked: RETURN TO SENDER. If you have opened the packages return request will need to be open for each order.

Hi, What a rip off, please stay away. I have ordered multiple items and read and re read the details, only to see the details switch on the items after the payments where taken. They all went from gold to gold filled right in my order status box. I'll update if they return the monies or if i have to dispute it through mastercard.

Tip for consumers:
I was told to refuse the items from the post office. In which they will start the refund process. As they can not refund, once the items are in transit, only pending or paid can be refunded. " funny thing is" only one of the 7 items i tried to report as a scam are items that are marked "in transit". Just to say they where still in, the paid status. And I got the same email as i tried to re report it.
Feels like a scam from both the sellers and the tophatt staff..
