I become a member of new to me Cosmoprof beauty supply last year and I have to say that I ordered few times in the store which was great but online ordering is just weird.
They let you purchase stuff which you think you will get but no... instead they send you email after you pay that they are out of stuck of product. It make me mad because they shouldn't let you buy products which are out of stuck.
I ordered shampoo and conditioner and instead of getting shampoo I got two conditioners which one is half used
I try to call customer service but they put me on hold for so long.
