Wish that I could give no stars when reviewing my experience with Alvinaonline.com. 100% of the time if you order anything, you will receive a mail saying than more than 50% of the order value they can't deliver because it's damaged. Have to find an exactly same replacement value product cannot be less than the value and the quantity had to be the same as well. If you can't find any replacement they say they will refund the money. And when they do, you will always find $8-$10 less value in your bank cause of transaction and foreign exchange fee. If you are lucky, managed to get something with exact value, there is nasty surprise st delivery time. When it comes to deliver the product, you end up paying additional amount as a they call it duty charge. Where in their website nothing mentions such things. In conclusion, why I shared this experience is because I don't want other people to go through the same hassle as I went through.
