Depois de algusn e-mail o problema finalmente foi resolvido quando joguei o caso no facebook.
O produto que eu comprei simplemente não liga o fone do lado R.
Agora a bangood tomou providencias e resolveu o problema enviando um novo produto... Espero que este venha funcionando.
