Look i was unsuccessful in purchasing my tickets. The first time the price went up 17 dollars a ticket from the time I ordered to the time i was trying to check out. The next three times seatgeek couldn't confirm my purchase for 3 separate transactions but they still have my money! Please dont use this app

Hi Adrian, thank you for the feedback and we're so sorry that you encountered this issue. SeatGeek shows ticket listings from the secondary ticket market which is very dynamic. Especially for popular events, the ticket prices can change rapidly based on demand. We work to make sure our customers are aware if a price has changed. There is an authorization hold on your card at checkout to verify it and also to make sure that, if a charge were to occur, it wouldn't overdraft your account. If an order cannot be confirmed, we immediately inform your credit card company to release your funds back to you.
