I purchased a new OnePlus Pro 8 smart phone.
It started having screen issues (Flickering, etc) and so I completed the provided warranty repair form and send the phone off to Melbourne for repair.
I heard nothing for a couple of weeks, called the firm, they told me they were waiting on a part from China.
Nothing again for another 3 weeks, I call them again and they tell me they can't fix the phone, contacted Becextech about this issue 3 weeks ago and no reply.
Their phone number in Australia is disconnected - I spent almost $1000 on this phone - I will be very upset if they don't replace it.
