The customer service in this location is deplorable. I used to love this restaurant. I was a frequent customer and used their rewards app. One evening I used my accumulated reward points to pay for my meal. Unfortunately, the waiter took my points AND charged me for the meal. When told the manager, Luis Castro, about the error. He asked me to not make a big deal about it and that the money would be refunded by Wednesday (a six day wait to get a refund on an erroneous charge). He only saw fit to apologize once I wrote to corporate and filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This joke of a manager turned what should have been a small common mistake into a customer service nightmare, all because he has complete disregard for his customers. This guy should be working in the kitchen, hidden from the public.
