“Nothing like the picture”

It was a detail fow a baby arrival... and it was schedule to arrive once the family came back from the hospital... but:
First they arrived earlier than what agreed... but we could live with this. But second... it looks NOTHING LIKE the picture!
For the price we would expect something nice an with care not 3 green plants lost in a pot!
