After much deliberation of where to buy new linens we decided on Flax Linens- it was a big deal for us to spend a lot of money on linens so it was incredibly disappointing when after waiting a month for the shipment to arrive, we received the wrong item (top sheet, no duvet cover). After about 20 attempts to reach the company via online chatting and phone calling, we disputed the the charge with our credit card company. What happens is every time someone at their customer service call center says they will have a specialist call back- but they never ever do. We are still in the middle of this and it is such a nightmare. Who wants to spend their time with this? Cannot believe a company in this modern day can get away with being so corrupt!
Hi Adley - I believe you have been speaking with the owner of the company and this is in the process of being resolved. As far as I understood, when you were calling in you were mentioning your name and your email, which was the name which the order was made under so the customer service rep had trouble placing the order. I understand you are directly in contact with with one of the owners of the company now and the matter is in process of being resolved.
