I won a few awesome auctions off the bat. I got a $60 item for a penny, and a few other useless things for less than $1. Then I stopped winning all together. My bids ran out. They send a few free bids once a month and I spent time with those waiting for the perfect time to bid. But for some reason all the auctions were always busy. There were less items available for auction and the quality of the items available were questionable.

They give away bids to flood the auctions with trash bids so the prices go up faster and they create more competition. But you can't win anything with 5 bids.

Then I tried to order another bid pack. Idk what I was thinking. I must have been drinking. But they took my money and never gave me my bids. I tried contacting them, but no response.

Don't drink and shop!
The site gives all the information you need to go in and get the best barber experience you've ever had!
I've had to go to the site to check prices and availability. It has always been accurate. Home depot prices are competitive. There's no other hardware store near me with as much to choose from.
Home Depot is the only place I shop for building, lighting, gardening, plumbing, electrical, Christmas decor, patio furniture, paint, cleaning supplies...
Their website is as easy as walking in.
They claim their products are the best quality made by them. Neither is true. The product I got was almost identical to a product I see in the Chinese owned store down the street. They sell their for $10. I would never buy another thing from this site again let alone join a club and buy trash monthly for quadruple the price. They had the nerve to charge me for NOT buying another product from them!
Don't do it! Just drive down the street to the local shopping center and go in the lingerie section of the 5 for 10 store. You'll find it right there next to the wind breakers.

Not a great selection of movies, but super convenient. The prices are fair, but who watches DVDs?
First off, their customer service is above and beyond Time Warner! I can watch movies anywhere. Fair prices and football network. They just need to get all the sports.
I absolutely love this site! No reason not to. They send you a weekly newsletter with the latest class action lawsuits. Most of the time it's something you qualify for. I get random checks in the mail and they always show up at the right time.
I have requested a copy of my membership card several times over the past few years. Since they never sent it, I'm not allowed access to their web site. I haven't bought product from them in years! I wonder if they'll see this review and maybe do something about it.
Even when I did have my card, the web site is hard to access. They swear they sell something you can't find at Walmart. I'm just forced to pay more. Thanks Cosmo prof! I am now as Salon Centric customer.
I can pretty much find what ever in looking for and coffee too.
I bought 7 TVs from them. It took them forever to have them ready. I realized I could have saved a few hundred dollars.
Why offer online services if they're inaccurate? What's the point of being able to see your statement online if the company leaves out important details?
Apparently, when you make a card purchase, the company your paying only has three days to take their money from your account before the bank releases the money back into your account.
You get a notification immediately thanking you for the payment and the money is no longer available for you to use as soon as you make a purchase. This is good.
Whats bad is if the company doesn't take the money out immediately, the bank gives you back your money without notice.
I check my balance and think I have enough available to pay bills, then BAM! You get a crazy overdraft fee. There's not enough money to cover your bills and now you owe the bank money. All because they posted the money from the original payment back to your account without warning and suddenly the original company takes their money a week later without notice. You get no warning.
Then, charges disappear and reappear. I disputed two charges to my account that were pending. When I went into the bank to discuss the charges, they had disappeared. Thinking everything was fixed and I had money, I paid more bills. Then BAM! Those ghost charges reappeared, but completely processed this time.

I initially had asked for a business account. They gave me a second checking account calling it a business account and charged me business prices.
They also gave someone else an account in my name in another state. That looked fishy since there was $100 available and there hadn't been any activity on it since it was opened. Fishy!
They are so off when it comes to anything electronic! Their merchandize isn't worth the money. Their registries never work. Especially their biking system. No bueno! I haven't shipped there in over a year.
This site is easy to use if you're reordering the same thing over and over. But creating your design is nearly impossible. You MUST be using a computer. None of the design process can be done from a phone. Although, they won't tell you that. I spent days yelling at my phone while trying to create a business card or flyer. You have to be at a computer. Not even then will you always be successful.
Today I started working on my business card at 9 am. It's now 2 pm and I just got off a chat with a VistaPrint rep who ultimately said I have to pay them more to resize my image for me. That was after I was told I had to do a bunch of other stuff I had already done. The rep had the nerve to tell me there is no RESIZE option over and over when I was sitting there looking at the task bar on their site that says MOVE/RESIZE. They must have recently made that an extra paid service they act like they provide.
Even when I mentioned that I've been customer for over a decade and I've only used their service for my business needs, I still couldn't get a break.
Now I'm going to have to break it off with VistaPrint. They have too much competition for me to be dealing with this crap!
I've purchased tickets from them before. I had no problem except for my last purchase. They use Uberseats. Uberseats has TERRIBLE customer service. They robbed me. I could access my tickets when I needed them and had to pay for more tickets at the ticket booth. I paid double. When the people from Uberseats got back to me (a month later) they refused to acknowledge all my attempts to get my money back and said it was to late to give me a refund.
Seatgeek saw my review and made it right. They contacted me, asked for some information, then made Uberseats refund my money.
That's good customer service! I felt like my big brother stepped in and fixed it.
I would recommend them. Just download your tickets way in advance.

When they say they delivered your tickets, they really mean they sent you an email with a link that SHOULD take you to a page with your tickets.
Unfortunately, the link didn't work when I needed to access my tickets. I had purchased six tickets. We were all at the gate trying to access the tickets. The page would not load. I had to pay double to purchase last minute tickets. I didn't see their refund guarantee policy since I wasn't able to access their page. So I called and left messages.
They never returned my call. A week later I went to their site and clicked on the contact us link and left an email. No response. I called again yesterday and left a message, they never answer.
A guy called me back today to accuse me of lying about contacting them sooner and to tell me I can't get my money back.
I will never purchase tickets from them again! They can see that my tickets weren't accessed, but revise to refund the money.
