29 September - Product was displayed available on the website. Ordered it. Paid USD$135
4 October - Asked why they hadn't shipped it yet via Messenger
6 October - No reply. Asked again
8 October - Finally they reply and apologise that the product was not in stock. They asked me to wait, get a refund or choose another phone.
8 October - replied with the phone that I would like to change it for, which was a little more expensive - this product was also displayed as in stock on the website
9 October - sent another message asking if they had got the change
10 October - still no reply, so I opened a ticket on their support center
10 October - received a reply from their team with the same message I got on the 8th October, telling me that the new item I have selected is also out of stock
10 October - selected yet another item and sent a message to the ticket with the new item.
11 October - Gearbest sent a further invoice for the price difference of USD$240
11 October - Paid this invoice immediately and requested that they ship the item Express Post as it was now urgent as my previous mobile phone had broken and I was without a phone. This was now 13 days after my original order.
11 October - Received confirmation from Gearbest that the product was in stock and they were sending the item via express post
15 October - Item still hadn't shipped. I contacted Gearbest and they asked me to wait another 2 days
16 October - I sent several messages requesting that they escalate this to a manager - Now 18 days since original order
17 October - Received another message from Gearbest advising that the shipping normally takes 3 to 7 days. I responded and advised that the change was requested 7 days previously
17 October - I asked when they intended to ship the item
18 October - Received a message from gear best asking me to wait for another 2 to 5 days.
21 October - Requested full refund. Will make a complaint to Paypal as well.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

In response to Gearbest's comment below. That's B. S. The first product I ordered said it was available and in stock and then when I ordered it, it was suddenly out of stock. This has happened several times on your site, and seems to be your modus operandi. If you read through the reviews, many people have experienced the same thing, so don't get on here and give a response to a legitimate complaint as if you are doing the right thing, you're not. You are blatantly lying on your product pages. After I got my refund from gearbest *(after waiting a MONTH for the product), I went to banggood.com and purchased the same thing from there for a cheaper price and had it delivered within 4 days.

Gearbest can EAD, I'm never shopping there again and will tell anyone who asks how crap it is.
