I asked them for the shipping dimensions of a package and they gave me totally incorrect information. This led to the package costing significantly more than it should have. Instead of refunding me the different (which they claimed they were incapable of doing because apparently they don't know how to use PayPal) they insisted that the whole thing be returned.

We're so sorry for the problems you ran into with your order! We do our best to calculate the size of the shipping box, but ultimately the size of the box used is at our packer's discretion. Depending on the item/s being shipped they may need to use more packing material than expected (ie: it's a fragile item) or they can use a far smaller box (ie: it's an unbreakable item such as socks, a tie, or a pillow).
