The glasses are fine, but the creation and delivery processes were very slow. Communication is extremely lacking, and I had to send emails and wait days for a response rather than Lensabl proactively communicating lab delays and adjusted delivery dates. To wit, my glasses were stuck in "will be delivered in about 6 business days" status for more than a month. Then, when they were finally done, they lingered in "waiting to be shipped" status for more than a day despite the fact that I paid for express shipping.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this site if you want your products in a timely manner or expect quality customer service. The workmanship is good so far, but the process of getting them was unsatisfactory
