I ordered an expensive case of wine from B-21 Liquors.
Their website claimed that the wine would be delivered in a refrigerated truck and that i would be contacted as to the date and time of delivery so that i could store the wine in my cellar
The wine was not delivered in a refrigerated truck as promised and i was never notified as to the day or time of delivery.
The wine was left out in the hot sun of an August day in Baltimore, MD.
The wine was ruined.
I attempted to contact B-21 on multiple occasions by phone and email, but was informed that there was no one there that could address my concerns.
I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!.
