I have seen many critsism comments about click link customers service as well as I seen lots of replies from customers service HERE! It confused me where is the bad customers service? If they reply here I think they could also reply in their support link.

As we recently anounced Star-Clicks has reached 5 million members world wide. We receive thousands of emails everyday and it is not possible to answer all emails. As for this we categorised the level of support. If you are a Silver member and your question is already answered on the site you may receive a reply with delays (3-7 days currently) and you will be referred to read the site and the FAQ page. If you are a paid member you will receive paid membership support. That is 1-3 working days waiting until you receive a response. For faster support contact the support team by phone.
