I ordered 4 jackets, 2 came to small. I ordered the same size for all. Talking to customer service in email only was like slamming my privates with a hammer. They wanted pictures for everything. All the while never asking if I wanted to exchange or return. Not once in 7 emails. Last email I wrote I'm not gonna take any more pictures just for you to say it wasnt good enough. They sent a email later on saying it's under review. Give us 5 days. That was a month and a half ago. I finally wrote bbb to let them handle the company. Piss poor. I will never order from them again.
