Truly the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. Actually, I did not receive any customer service at all. I paid $77 for 2-day shipping. It did not arrive in 2 days, but rather in nearly 4 days resulting in delays with my contractors. I called and was told that the order cut off time was 1PM M-F, which is not stated in the checkout area when you are ordering (for an online website it seems a gross lack of communication to have such an early cutoff window and not have that clearly stated in the ordering area). I called with my concerns about the delay and the "Customer Service Manager" Theresa laughed at me and hung up, never offering any apologies, simply telling me I was wrong and it was a joke to them as indicated by her mocking laughter. I then got an email from someone named Charles saying they were "too busy" and didn't have the "time to argue" about something stated in the Shipping FAQ on their website, as though I had all the time in the world to be dealing with the delays they caused. See screenshot of email. It was utterly insulting and I would never, ever use this company or these terrible people again.
